5 rounds for time
- 10 ground to overhead
- 10 single leg squats
- 10 skull crushers
- 10 v-ups
- 10 lat jump burpees
She uses 15lb dumbbells for all the weighted reps, though I chose to use a 50lb bar for the ground to overhead and then 25lb dumbbells for the rest. Do what suits your body best and what you can do with proper form!
